The members of RN-Burenie LLC are:

PJSC NK Rosneft with an interest of 68.48259428%;
RN-Foreign Projects LLC with an interest of 0.00000003%;
RN-Active LLC with an interest of 31.51740569%.

The Company carries out drilling of oil and gas development and exploratory wells.

Robert Rashitovich Asadullin is the General Director of the Company.

The Company has one of the most extensive branch networks in the Russian Federation among drilling companies (12 branches).
