On March 23, 2006, a record was made in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities of the Russian Federation on the establishment of RN-Burenie LLC, and the Company was registered.

On March 23, 2006, the Krasnodar (Krasnodar Territory, Krasnodar), Gubkinsky (YaNAO, Gubkinsky), Nefteyugansk (Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug-Yugra, Nefteyugansk), Nogliki (Sakhalin Region, Nogliki), Usinsk (the Komi Republic, Usinsk) branches of the Company were registered.

On October 2, 2006 RN-Burenie LLC was reorganized  by merging with  KNG-Burenie LLC, KNG-Sibir LLC, Purneftegaz-Burenie LLC.

On October 23, 2007, the East Siberian branch of the Company was registered in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, Krasnoyarsk.

On April 29, 2010, the Irkutsk branch of the Company was registered in the Irkutsk Region, Irkutsk.

On June 21, 2011, the Grozny branch of the Company in the Chechen Republic, Grozny, was registered.

On September 28, 2015 the sole member of the Company decided to reorganize RN-Burenie LLC by merging  with Orenburg Drilling Company Limited Liability Company
(OBK LLC), the merger agreement was approved.

On October 5, 2015, the Orenburg branch of the Company was registered in the Orenburg Region, Orenburg.

On January 27, 2016, RN-Burenie LLC was reorganized by merging with OBK LLC, following the results of the reorganization, a new list of members of the Company was registered (PJSC NK Rosneft,
RN-Foreign Projects LLC).

On June 10, 2016, the Nizhnevartovsk branch of the Company was registered in KhMAO-Yugra, Nizhnevartovsk.

On July 1, 2016, RN-Burenie LLC transferred the authority of the sole executive body of Udmurtneft-Burenie CJSC for a period of three years.

On March 1, 2017, RN-Burenie LLC was reorganized by merging with NPRS-1 LLC, Orenburgburgneft JSC, and NvBN JSC, following the results of the reorganization, a new list of members of the Company was registered (PJSC NK Rosneft, RN-Foreign Projects LLC,
RN-Active LLC.)

On May 29, 2017, the Ufa branch of the Company was registered in the Republic of Bashkortostan, Ufa district.

On October 23, 2017, the Khanty-Mansiysk branch of the Company was registered in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District-Yugra, Khanty-Mansiysk.

On January 19, 2018, RN-Burenie LLC was reorganized by merging with Targin 2 LLC.

On March 7, 2018, RN-Burenie LLC was reorganized by merging with Targin Burenie LLC.
